Evren Şen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Evren started their career in 2000 at Karel Electronics as an Electronic Technician, responsible for maintaining and repairing phone switchboards. Evren worked there until 2007.
In 2008, Evren joined Mobilnet as a Sales Team Leader, where they led an outbound sales team and achieved membership and sales targets for the TURKCELL KONTOR HATTI project.
From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Tempo Cagri Merkezi, initially as an Operations Supervisor and later as an Operations and Customer Relations Unit Manager. In these roles, they managed daily sales operations, call center management, telemarketing, and customer relations. Evren also oversaw a team of over 300 agents and was responsible for people management and process management.
In 2016, Evren joined AloTech as a Customer Relations Manager, where they briefly handled customer relations before being promoted to Sales Manager. In February 2022, they were further promoted to the position of Sales Director.
In 2018, Evren joined Call Center Studio as a Sales Manager, where they currently work. Overall, Evren Şen has demonstrated a strong background in sales management, customer relations, and call center operations throughout their career.
Evren Şen completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from York Turkey from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they studied International Relations at Anadolu University and Electronics at Şişli Teknik, although the specific duration of these studies is unknown.
