Mustafa Eroğlu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mustafa began their career as a Stajyer Mühendis at Türk Telekom in 2015, where they gained practical experience in engineering for two months. In 2017, Mustafa worked as a Stajyer Mühendis at Ventura Yazılım A.Ş., further expanding their knowledge in the field. Mustafa then joined MICOM YAZILIM in 2019 as a Stajyer Mühendis, where they completed a two-month internship. In 2021, Mustafa joined Call Center Studio as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to customers. Later, in the same year, they joined AloTech as a Teknik Destek Uzmanı, where they continued to enhance their technical expertise. Mustafa's most recent role is as a Product Specialist at AloTech, starting in July 2022.

Mustafa Eroğlu obtained their undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, which they attended from 2014 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they have also received several certifications. In May 2021, they completed the "Introduction to Information Technologies" certification program at BTK Academy. In March 2021, they obtained a certificate in "Basic Level Python Training" from Istanbul Business Institute. Most recently, in July 2022, they completed the "Information Security Awareness Training" program at BGA Security.
