Amy Bowes is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in global recruitment and people operations. Currently serving as the People Operations & Recruiting Manager at Alpen Labs since April 2025, Amy focuses on expanding financial access through innovative infrastructure. Previously, Amy held significant roles at Matter Labs, including Senior Recruiting Lead and Business & Product Recruiting Lead, where full-cycle hiring was a primary responsibility. Prior experiences include a Senior Recruiter position at Coinbase, where recruitment across EMEA was scaled, and positions at Personio and Airbnb, contributing to talent acquisition efforts in various sectors and regions. Amy began a career in recruiting within agency roles before transitioning to internal recruitment and has a Bachelor's Degree from University College Dublin.
