Hayley Glassman is currently the Vice President of Finance for Alpha Epsilon Phi at the University of Maryland, where responsible for managing the sorority's budget and maintaining communication with the accounting firm. As a TAMID consultant, Glassman provides strategic advice to Israeli start-ups, honing market research skills. Previous internships include a Data Analyst role at Cookbash, where contributions enhanced the recipe database and user experience, and social media management for MENTOR Newark, improving organizational communication with donors. Glassman also served as a Smith Start Mentor, guiding new business students in networking and resume writing. Educated at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, Glassman has developed a versatile skill set across finance, mentorship, and data analysis.

Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority was founded on October 4, 1909 at Barnard College.
