Will Sammons

Will is an Executive Director at Alpha North America, based in the Toronto office, where he is responsible for the development of Alpha’s business in Canada.

Will has led numerous engagements focused on strategic, operational, and technology challenges supporting clients from strategy and design through to implementation for a broad range of asset management clients. Will specializes in working with firms to determine their vision, the capabilities necessary to support that vision, and implementing the operating model to achieve it.

Will is responsible for Alpha’s M&A practice in North America focusing primarily on pre-deal and change-of-control engagements with strategic and financial clients. He has worked with strategic and financial buyers to evaluate their business and acquisition strategy, identify potential opportunities, and evaluate those opportunities specific to their individual criteria.
