Charles Hayes has been working in the construction industry since 1979. charles began as a lead carpenter for Superior Construction in 1980 and then moved to Rigid Const. in 1979 where they worked on metal buildings. In 1993, they joined Alpha Genesis Inc. as a Facilitys Manager and later joined Alphagenesis, Inc. in the same year as a Facilitys Maint Manager.
Charles Hayes received an Associate's degree in Welding Engineering Technology/Technician from Beaufort Tech in 1982, after attending from 1980 to 1982. charles also obtained a certification in Building Technology from Beaufort Tech in March 1982. Prior to this, they attended Walterboro High from 1972 to 1974.
