Adithya Prakash is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor device design and development. Currently serving as a Staff Device Design Engineer at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor since March 2019, Adithya has previously held the position of Senior Design Engineer at Renesas Electronics, contributing to device design feasibility assessments, performance enhancements, and process flow developments. Earlier roles include Senior Design Engineer at Intersil and a Design Engineer Intern. Adithya's academic background includes a PhD and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, along with a BE from Siddaganga Institute Of Technology. Adithya has also gained teaching and research experience, instructing students in semiconductor fabrication techniques and conducting research on thin film materials.
