Jongjib Kim is currently the Director of IC Technology at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Technology Development Sr Manager at Global Foundries from December 2013 to December 2021. Before their time at Global Foundries, Kim worked as a Process Development Manager at Fairchild Semiconductor from April 1999 to December 2021. Kim has experience in developing High Voltage, Ultra High Voltage, BCD, and SOI Bipolar technologies. With a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Korea University, Kim's expertise lies in process development, yield improvement, process optimization, failure analysis, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
