Rich Kerr, MBA, is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Alpha Software since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rich was the Owner Principal of Rich Kerr & Associates, Inc., a company specializing in custom software development, systems-integration, and end-user training. Before that, Rich was a Co-Founder and Senior Consultant at Sierra Consulting Group, Inc., focusing on custom software design and training. With a BA in Finance from Morehouse College and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, Rich has a strong educational background to support their extensive experience in the technology and finance industries.
