Roman Malczyk has extensive experience in sales and engineering within the field of rubber testing instruments. As the Regional Sales Manager at Alpha Technologies Services since September 1998, Roman oversees sales and service operations in Central Europe and Russia, building on a background that includes roles as a Field Service Engineer responsible for the calibration and maintenance of various rubber testing equipment. Prior to joining Alpha Technologies, Roman served as a PhD student at Ústav přístrojové techniky AV ČR, focusing on digital signal processing and advanced methodologies for NMR applications. Additionally, Roman worked as a programmer at RTS cs from 1996 to 1998. Educationally, Roman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cybernetics and Biocybernetics from Technical University Brno, complemented by earlier studies at Gimnazjum z polskim językiem nauczania in Czeski Cieszyn.
