Hemang Mandalia

Hemang Mandalia is a seasoned professional in quantitative research and trading, currently serving as Senior Vice President at AlphaGrep since June 2024. Prior to this role, Hemang was the Quantitative Research Director at Millennium from August 2022 to June 2024, and held the position of Director of Quantitative Research at Qube Research & Technologies during a non-compete period. Hemang's extensive experience in quantitative finance began at Credit Suisse, where roles spanned from Analyst to Vice President over an eight-year period, leading teams in machine learning and algorithmic trading. Additional experience includes a Senior Software Engineer position at Ericsson focusing on knowledge and pattern discovery systems, and earlier roles at IIT Bombay and Ericsson India as an intern. Hemang obtained an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University.
