Tracy Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning and database management. Currently serving as the Senior Enterprise Resource Planning Manager at Alphapointe since January 2014, Tracy has previously held the position of SQL DBA Manager of BackOffice Applications at SureWest Communications from June 2002 to January 2014. Earlier career experience includes roles in application development and support at Aquila from April 1989 to June 2001. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Systems from the University of Arkansas Grantham, attained between 1991 and 1994, and a qualification in IS Data Processing from Joe Herdon Vocational School completed in 1980.
