Herbert Wang

Herbert Wang, JD, CPA, currently holds the position of Vice President, Legal at AlphaSense, Inc. Previously, Herbert worked as Inside Counsel at Clinipace and as a Summer Associate at Shanahan Law Group. Herbert also has experience as Assurance Staff at Ernst & Young. Herbert is a Charter Member at TechGC, a peer community for GCs to share knowledge and support each other. Herbert obtained their JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and holds a Masters in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
