Mark Jones

Mark Jones is an experienced professional in customer education and training, currently serving as Director of Customer Education at AlphaSense since April 2021, following roles as Senior Customer Education Manager and Customer Education Manager. Prior to AlphaSense, Mark worked at Duo Security as a Sales Enablement Facilitator and at Box as a Senior Customer Education Specialist, where responsibilities included teaching live courses, designing customized training for enterprise clients, and creating on-demand educational videos that garnered over 250,000 views.
