Philippa Smith

Philippa (Pip) Smith is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager for both Campus and Lateral Recruitment at AlphaSights since August 2019. Prior roles at AlphaSights include Senior Recruitment Associate and Recruitment Associate. Previously, Philippa worked as an Operations Support Analyst EMEA at SAP from July 2018 to May 2019 and as a Recruitment Associate during a placement year at SAP from July 2016 to August 2017. Philippa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, with honors, from Newcastle University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2018. Early education was completed at Sherborne Girls from 2008 to 2013.
