Andrew Bilancioni is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in service desk operations and management. Currently serving as a Service Desk Supervisor at Alpine Intel since November 2023, Andrew has previously held roles as a Service Desk Technician at Complete Network and as an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst at Duke Energy Corporation. With experience dating back to 2007, Andrew has demonstrated leadership as a Warehouse Manager at both PakSouth and Olympia Chimney & Venting, and contributed as a Trainer at Domino's. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University, which was completed between 2002 and 2004.
