Katral-Nada H. has a diverse work experience in the field of design and experience. Katral-Nada is currently the Head of Design & Experience at Alraedah Finance, leading a team of designers and researchers to provide customer-centric products and services. Previously, they worked as an Advisor at Edfundo and the User & Customer Experience Consultant & Managing Director at The Experience Agency FZE. Katral-Nada also served as the Head of Product Experience & Innovation at YAP and a Senior Experience Designer at algbra. Prior to that, they were the User Experience Consultant & Managing Partner at In2 Consulting FZ LLC and the Regional Organizer at TEDxBaghdad. Katral-Nada has also worked as a Senior User Experience Consultant at Future Pipe Industries and a User Experience Designer and Web Strategist at non-linear creations inc. Their earliest work experience includes serving as the Digital Coordinator at the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.

Katral-Nada H. earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hult International Business School, graduating between 2012 and 2014. Prior to this, they completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2004. Their undergraduate education was at the University of Ottawa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in International Business and Management Information Systems, spanning from 2000 to 2004.
