Mike Ricketts has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Mike'smost recent role was as the Director Group Freight Logistics at M. H. Alshaya Co., where they led a team of 220 members across 10 markets. Mike was responsible for managing global freight distribution for 94 franchise brands. Prior to that, they were the Head of Group Freight Alshaya, where they managed a team of 150 employees and oversaw global freight distribution for 55 different retail brands. Before joining M. H. Alshaya Co., Mike worked as the Retail Sales Director at Advanced Supply Chain, where they were responsible for pre-retail, warehousing, and shipping operations. Mike also served as the Head of Global Transportation at The Body Shop, where they led strategic transportation activities in 54 countries. Earlier in their career, Mike held various roles at The Maersk Company, including Client Development Manager, Asia-Europe Sales Director, Regional International Account Manager, National UK Commercial Trade Manager, and Senior Sales Executive Imports/Exports.
Mike Ricketts CMILT earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Music and Psychology from the University of Leeds in 1986. Mike also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Psychology Honours from Leed University in the same year.
