Prior experience includes roles as Associate Technical Manager at Ahold, where Vema Reddy focused on Oracle HRMS and related modules, and as Technical Lead at Atos, leading projects in Oracle Procure to Pay and Order to Cash. Starting as a System Engineer at IBM, Vema Reddy was involved in the enhancement and support of Oracle APPS. Vema Reddy holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University and an MBA in HR/Systems from the University of Madras.
