Daniel Vinches is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience in People Analytics, HR transformation, and system architecture. Currently serving as the Global People Analytics Manager at Alstom, Daniel leads the implementation of People Analytics to enhance organizational performance through data-driven insights. Previously, Daniel held roles at Accenture as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Digital HR strategy, and at Deloitte as a Consultant in HR Transformation, where expertise in Workday® HCM was developed. Daniel's career began with internships and apprenticeships in talent acquisition and learning, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from TBS Education. Additionally, Daniel has experience studying Behavioral Management at Curtin University and has a solid educational background in Mathematics and Physics.
