Kristen Futryk is a seasoned professional in talent development and sales training, currently serving as the Sr HR Director of Talent Development at Alta Equipment Company since February 2023. Previously, Kristen held various senior training roles at Canon USA, including Director of Sales Training and Director of Sales Training & Enablement, where responsibilities included assessing training needs, developing training programs based on data, and analyzing sales trends to enhance team performance. Kristen's early experience at Oce/Canon Solutions America involved directing sales training and curriculum development, collaborating with executive leadership to align training initiatives with corporate goals. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
