Arturo Flores Hernández, MSc, MBA has extensive work experience in telecommunications, technology strategy, and product development. Arturo currently serves as the Network Engineering Director at ALTÁN REDES. Previously, they worked at Dish México as the Technology & Process Deputy Director, RGU Internet. At ALTÁN REDES, they held the positions of Product and Services Technology Director and Technology Strategy Director. Arturo also worked at Telefónica in various roles, including Platforms and Services Deputy Director, B2B, Cloud and Wholesale Services Deputy Director, Voice, MVNOs, Devices and APPs Deputy Director, and Value Added Services and Mobile Internet Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Pegaso PCS, SKY, and Pemex. Arturo Flores Hernández has demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, leading teams, and achieving business success in the telecommunications industry.
Arturo Flores Hernández, MSc, MBA has a diverse educational background spanning various fields. In 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Wireless, DSP, and Data Networks at the Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del IPN. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Electronics at the Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica (ESIME) del IPN.
Moving forward, in 2010, they received a diploma in Management Skills from Tecnológico de Monterrey. During the same year, they also pursued a Master's in Business (executive MBA) at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Then, in 2013 to 2014, Arturo obtained a diploma in Strategy and Leadership from Universidad Anáhuac.
Continuing their education, in 2016, they attended IESE Business School and completed the Global Management Programme, earning a diploma in the field.
