Prior roles include Senior Business Partner Lead and Business Partner Lead at Shopify, and Director of Human Resources at Canada Post, where significant contributions included advising senior executives, coaching HR teams, and overseeing various HR initiatives. Hannah has a robust background in labour relations, having successfully negotiated collective agreements and managed complex employee relations issues throughout a tenure at Canada Post.
