Adam Mirocha is an experienced professional in the field of high-pressure die casting and quality engineering, currently serving as the HPDC Foundry Manager at Alteams since November 2019. Prior roles include HPDC Process Engineer at FICOSA, where responsibilities encompassed supervising die casting and aluminium melting processes for automotive components, and Quality Process Engineer at EBCC/ACE Group focusing on gravity casting of aluminium brake calipers. Previous experience at Nemak involved overseeing the die casting of FORD engine blocks and implementing process optimizations. Adam's career began with a laboratory apprenticeship at Valeo Engine Cooling Systems, alongside early training at the Welding Institute in Gliwice. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Welding and an Engineer's degree in Material Science from AGH University of Krakow.
