Pavan Bhide is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and validation, particularly in the automotive domain. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at ALTEN India since February 2022, Pavan has worked on significant projects, including the Seat Pneumatic Control Unit for Gentherm under Stellantis, focusing on customer diagnosis feature development. Previously, Pavan held roles at Continental Automotive Components, where responsibilities included software architecture for airbag control units and leading requirement engineering and functional testing for PreCrash functions. Earlier career experiences encompass project management and software engineering at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, where Pavan contributed to passive safety systems and embedded software development. Pavan possesses a B.E. in Engineering from Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology and a Pre University degree in Science from SDM College, Ujire.
