Zakir Hussain is a Design Engineer currently working at Rolls-Royce since September 2022, where responsibilities include designing and assembling Special Purpose Test Equipment for gas turbine development engines and supporting design changes for multiple test structures. Concurrently, Zakir is employed as an Engineer at ALTEN India. Previously, Zakir served as a Design Engineer at VIMANIC SYSTEMS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, focusing on designing enclosures for VHF Communication, Navigation, and DME systems for the Dornier 228 aircraft using CATIA V5. Earlier roles include a Jr QA Engineer at Alphatek-HB Electromech Engineering Co., where Zakir developed quality procedures, and technical assistance at Vee Lac Aeromach. Zakir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Hindustan Electronics Academy.
