Megan Knight is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Controller at ALTEN LTD in the UK since September 2022, Megan oversees and optimizes engineering projects within the defence sector, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with standards. Previously, as a Business Manager, Megan focused on business development, recruitment, and financial management. Prior engineering roles include Mechanical Engineer at Knight Engineering Solutions Ltd, where responsibilities included mechanical design and quality management system implementation; and mechanical engineering internships at Drilltools Ltd, Halliburton, and ECS-Engineered Custom Solutions, where Megan honed skills in CAD modeling, assembly, and production optimization.
