Kathryn Roberts is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a People Culture Specialist and Employee Relations Lead at Alternative Futures Group since December 2020. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of OD Advisor at HMS from January 2020 to December 2020 and served as an HR Business Partner at West Lancashire Borough Council between October 2015 and January 2020. Earlier career experience includes working as an HR Advisor at the Natural History Museum from June 2014 to July 2015. Kathryn holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Events Management from the University of Plymouth, and a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Management from Bridgwater College.
