Prior to joining Rakuten Mobile, Tareq served as Senior Vice President of Technology Development and Automation for Reliance Jio.
Before 2013, Tareq served as Vice President of Carrier Solutions for Huawei, where he led the company’s strategy for all major technologies and solution innovations.
Tareq serves as a Board member of the Small Cell Forum, which strives for the wide-scale adoption of small cells and the acceleration in the delivery of integrated HetNets.
