Pascal Klatt

Pascal Klatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic policy and project management within the Canadian government and private sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Policy at High Frequency Rail since May 2023, Pascal previously held the position of Manager for the High Frequency Rail Project Office at Transport Canada from December 2021 to May 2023. With a solid foundation in finance and policy development, Pascal worked as a Senior Advisor at Finance Canada from December 2014 to December 2021 and contributed to the restructuring of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited while serving as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Deputy Minister in the Department of Natural Resources. Prior roles include Analyst at the Department of Finance and External Marketing Consultant at ProCaps. Pascal holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from HEC Montréal, an MPA in Public Administration from Queen's University, and a BA (Hons) in Political Science and French from Western University.
