Pierre-Yves Boivin

Pierre-Yves Boivin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, public affairs, and stakeholder relations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice-President of Communications, Public Affairs and Indigenous Relations at Train à grande fréquence - High Frequency Rail, Pierre-Yves previously held the position of Chief of Staff to the Quebec Minister of Immigration at Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration du Québec. Additional roles include Chief of Staff to the Deputy Premier of Quebec and Chief of Staff to the Minister of the Ministère de l'Énergie et des Ressources naturelles. Pierre-Yves has also served as Vice-President for Strategy and Economic Affairs at Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec, Senior Manager at CN, and held various strategic advisory positions at Énergir. Pierre-Yves holds a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Université Laval.
