Amy Curler

Amy Curler is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources with a diverse background spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Management at Alto-Shaam, Inc., Amy focuses on building the HR Center of Excellence. Previous roles include Senior Talent Management Specialist at Charter Manufacturing and Learning and Development Manager at Generac Power Systems, where Amy contributed to employee development initiatives. Notably, during a long tenure at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Amy held positions including Legal Compliance Lead and various marketing leadership roles, driving compliance programs and enhancing employee engagement through training and development. Amy holds a Master of Business Administration from Alverno College and has additional qualifications in Spanish for Business.
