Raj Nagarsheth

Raj Nagarsheth is an accomplished executive with significant experience in the energy sector. As the Chief Executive Officer of Altop Energy since March 2020, Raj leads strategic initiatives and operational management. Prior to this role, Raj served as the Head of Nodal Power Trading for North America at EDF Trading from December 2015 to May 2020, overseeing trading operations. Before joining EDF Trading, Raj was a Power Analyst and Trader at a private fund from May 2014 to December 2015. Raj began a career in the industry at Altop Industries Ltd. in India, where the position of Director of Research and Development was held from April 2010 to June 2013. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nirma University.
