Angel Luciano has over nine years of work experience in various roles. Angel started their career in 2012 as a Manager/Dispatcher at Ny Minute Messenger & Trucking, where they oversaw daily operations and supervised a team of couriers. In 2016, they joined Quantech Corporation as a Help Desk Engineer, providing first and second level support for various hardware, operating system, and networking issues. They also performed data recovery and maintained computer and communications equipment. In 2018, Angel joined Cartwheel as an Associate, and later became an Associate Support Manager, overseeing support operations. Currently, since 2021, Angel is working at Altourage as a Level 2 Support Manager.
Angel Luciano earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Systems Networking from Borough of Manhattan Community College, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Angel then continued their education at CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2014 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Networking & Security. Additionally, Angel obtained the A+ certification (v220-901 & 220-902) from CompTIA in December 2017.
