Paige Magness serves as Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Altria Client Services. In this role, she leads FDA-related regulatory strategy, engagement, communications and advocacy for Altria's tobacco operating companies. She also develops regulatory and research strategies related to Altria's pursuit of tobacco harm reduction and FDA authorization of modified risk tobacco products.
Previously Paige served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications for Altria Client Services. Prior to this role, Paige served as Managing Director, Regulatory Affairs, where she led strategies to develop and present new product applications to FDA; Director, Financial Communications on the Investor Relations team; Director, Strategy & Business Development, in which she led Altria's planning processes; and Director, Corporate Responsibility, where she was accountable for strategies and programs including environmental sustainability and underage tobacco prevention.
Since joining the Altria family of companies in 2002, Paige has held a variety of communications and corporate affairs roles within Kraft Foods, Philip Morris USA and Altria Client Services.
Paige currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Richmond Ballet and on the Nominating Committee for Chi Omega Fraternity. Paige received her bachelor's degree in political science from Louisiana State University.
