Caron Reynolds has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Caron currently holds the position of Head of Human Capital at Altron Karabina, starting in April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Altron Systems Integration from March 2018 to April 2022.
Before joining Altron, Reynolds worked at Bytes Universal Systems as a Human Resource Executive from January 2014 to February 2018. Caron was responsible for developing HR strategy in line with company goals and executing it accordingly.
Reynolds also held the position of Human Resource Manager at Altech Isis, an IT solutions company, from 2008 to 2014. Their responsibilities included developing HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing the HR function, and overseeing BEE strategy and HR aspects of acquisitions.

Reynolds began their HR career as an HR Consultant, Process Analyst, and Business Analyst at Old Mutual from 1998 to 2000. Caron also worked as the National Human Resources Officer at Health & Racquet Club - Head Office in 1998 and as a Human Resources Officer at Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group from 1996 to 1998.
Throughout their career, Reynolds has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development, HR function management, recruitment, industrial relations, process improvement, and business analysis.
Caron Reynolds completed a B.Comm degree in Industrial Psychology and Business Management from UNISA in 2001. In 1994, they also obtained a diploma in Human Resources Management from Damelin Management School. Prior to that, Caron attended Edenvale High School until 1987.
