Keagan Jordan started their work experience in 2014 as a Programmer at Designer Solutions CC, where they developed and implemented new systems using MS SQL and C#. Keagan also interacted with clients and debugged and tested projects.
In 2016, Keagan joined Altron Karabina as a Junior BI Consultant. Keagan then progressed to roles such as Data and Analytics Consultant, Senior Data and Analytics Consultant, and Principal Data and Analytics Consultant. Currently, they serve as the Technical Engagement Lead, specializing in Data, Analytics & AI, and Software Engineering.
Keagan Jordan completed a degree in MCSE (BI) in Computer Programming from CTU Training Solutions from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Keagan attended Ashton International College from 2009 to 2013 where they obtained an AS Level qualification. Keagan has also obtained several certifications, including MCSE: Data Management and Analytics from Microsoft in 2016, MCSE: Business Intelligence from Microsoft in November 2015, and MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014 from Microsoft in 2015. In 2019, Keagan obtained certifications as a Certified Profisee Administrator v6.0 and a Certified Profisee Developer from Profisee.
