Ilze Zandberga has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Kurzemes reģiona vadītāja at AltumLV since June 2017, Zandberga's prior positions include Chairman Of The Board at Agro Fondi and Export Project Manager at Cannelle Bakery, SIA. Zandberga also has a significant background in the banking sector, having held head of branch positions at Citadele banka and Parex Bank, as well as a customer business manager role at Latvijas Krājbanka. Educationally, Zandberga earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy, with earlier studies at Saldus pilsētas ģimnāzija.
