Chad DiPersio, MSREI, CSM, CSPO, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in service delivery and commercial real estate analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Altus Group since September 2017, Chad has held multiple roles including Manager and Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Chad was the Managing Partner at West River R.E.I., focusing on commercial real estate analytics for Sub-Saharan Africa, and held similar positions at North Mountain Consulting Group, OPDV, LLC, and Weinstein Realty Advisors. Notable achievements include consulting on ad valorem tax appeal procedures and managing full marketing cycles for commercial properties. Chad's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management with a minor in The Legal Environment of Business from Penn State University.
