Julia Sears

Julia Sears serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Altus Power, Inc. since October 2021, where significant accomplishments include leading a pre-IPO transition and achieving a rapid shift to a fully SaaS model. Additionally, Julia holds a board member position at OTC Markets Group starting in March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Head of B2B Digital Technology and B2C UX and Innovation at TIAA, where oversight included a team of over 300 tech professionals and the successful integration of a Retail Digital Bank. Previous roles at Nasdaq spanned from Head of Financial Cloud Business to various director and project management positions, demonstrating a strong track record in digital transformation, technology solutions, and market strategy since 1999. Education was completed at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 1999.
