Nichole Clennon

Nichole Clennon serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Altus Power, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Nichole held the same title at Common Energy from April 2021 to February 2023, where management of customer experience initiatives for over 14,000 community solar subscribers was prioritized. During a tenure at Venture Solar from January 2017 to April 2021, Nichole advanced from Customer Experience Manager to Director of Customer Experience, overseeing relations with over 4,000 solar customers and field operations. Early career experiences include a role as an Inside Sales Solar Consultant at Level Solar and positions as an Annual Fund Caller at SUNY-ESF and as a Communications Intern at No Impact Project. Nichole earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability Studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
