Currently serving as the Head of Technology (HK) at Alumni Services since May 2023, Ronald has previously held significant positions such as the Head of Infrastructure at Victory Securities and Chief Technology Officer at Assistive Technologies Asia Limited. At Telstra, Ronald led a team responsible for transforming technology solutions in the Enterprise and Wholesale markets. Ronald's expertise includes successful project management at IBM, where achievements encompassed overseeing a major data center relocation and enhancing service visibility. With a strong educational background that includes an Executive MBA from London Business School and advanced degrees from UNSW and The University of Hong Kong, Ronald combines technical acumen with leadership capabilities in driving digital transformation and innovation.
