Tonya Cooper

Tonya Cooper is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer success and clinical operations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Associate at Aluna since October 2021, responsibilities include ensuring the satisfaction and success of providers. Prior to this role, Tonya worked at Reynolds Memorial Hospital from August 2011 to December 2021, where the position of Clinical Operations Team Lead was held, as well as that of Registered Respiratory Therapist, providing comprehensive respiratory care including assessments, therapeutic treatments, and patient education. Tonya holds an Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from West Virginia Northern Community College.
