Derek Adams

Derek Adams has over 15 years of work experience in various product marketing and technical communication roles. Derek is currently working at Alvaria, Inc. as a Principal Product Marketing Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of a Senior Product Marketing Manager at WalkMe™ and Sprinklr. Derek also worked as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Genesys from 2017 to 2021. Before Genesys, they were the Manager of Technical Communications at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, where they managed a team of 12 and handled various writing duties.
