Risa Dorsky

Risa Dorsky currently serves as Global Head of Tax and Managing Director at AlTi Tiedemann Global, a position held since 2024. Dorsky also holds the role of Vice President and serves on the Board of Directors for the Wall Street Tax Association since 2016. Previously, Dorsky was Global Head of Alternatives Tax at BlackRock from 2017 to 2023, leading tax structuring and compliance for various private funds, and managing a team across multiple countries. Dorsky's earlier experience includes serving as Co-Head of the Tax Department at Cerberus Capital Management, Director roles at Citi, and extensive expertise in tax structuring and compliance for financial instruments and private equity transactions. Dorsky's academic credentials include an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and degrees from MIT Professional Education, Boston University, and Brooklyn Law School.
