Currently serving as Vice President of Training and Quality at Alys Beach since May 2018, Patricia previously held similar leadership roles at Nemacolin, St. Joe Club & Resorts, and The Kessler Collection, where responsibilities included implementing training initiatives and leading quality standards. Prior experience includes directorial positions at Forbes Travel Guide and The Greenbrier Resort, as well as ownership in Service Quality Consulting, specializing in service training and customer satisfaction. With a proven track record in enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence, Patricia's career spans over three decades, beginning with roles at The Ritz-Carlton and Royal Caribbean International. Patricia graduated from Carlow University.
