Kate Boor Ellis is an experienced professional in communication and policy within the dementia and disability sectors, currently serving as the Director for Communications and Policy at Alzheimer Europe since January 2013. Kate has held various roles within the organization, including Communications Officer and Administrative Assistant/Conference Coordinator. Prior experience includes freelance consultancy for FAST training and several HR positions at Lombard International Assurance S.A., where responsibilities encompassed compensation, benefits, training, and development. Earlier experience includes a personal assistant role at MVK Fine Art. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in French with Education from the University of Stirling and an European Baccalaureate from the European School of Luxembourg.
