Peter Banda

Peter Banda is an accomplished Chief Scientific Officer at Cequence since September 2021, focusing on the development of advanced machine learning algorithms and large language models to improve contract analysis and management. As a founder of Edena Technologies, Peter combines expertise in data science and cryptocurrency. In addition, Peter contributes as a member of the European Dementia Carers Working Group at Alzheimer Europe. Peter's academic background includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Luxembourg's Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine and extensive research experience at Portland State University, including roles as a research assistant and teaching assistant. Previous professional experiences include software architecture at Portland General Electric, senior application development at IBM, and Java development at Ars Nova. Peter holds multiple degrees in computer science, including PhDs from both Portland State University and Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
