Art Levy has an extensive work experience in the field of law and legal affairs. Art served as the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at American Management Association, where they oversaw legal affairs, compliance, and corporate secretarial activities. Prior to that, they held the role of VP & General Counsel at Asbury Automotive Group, where they managed the legal affairs of the company and supervised the Legal Department attorneys. Art also worked at Avnet, Inc. as the VP, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, responsible for the day-to-day legal affairs of the Electronics Marketing Group (Americas). Throughout their career, Levy has handled a wide range of corporate, commercial, M&A, SEC, employment, and litigation matters.
Art Levy has a Juris Doctor degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Art also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from City University of New York - Lehman College. Additionally, they are certified and admitted to the New York and Connecticut Bar, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
