Eliana Bianchi

Eliana Bianchi is an experienced Implementation Manager at Amadeus, responsible for overseeing software installation and managing project hand-offs and customer kick-off calls. Prior to this role, Eliana spent over a decade at Booking.com, progressing through various positions from Customer Executive to Partner Success Manager, where participation in an internal development program aimed at team leadership occurred. Eliana's career also includes co-owning and managing a cafeteria, sales and customer support roles at eBay and Max Mara, as well as experience in fashion styling and arts organization. Eliana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and Philosophy from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a High School Diploma in Art, Textile, and Fashion from the Art Institute Chierici.
